The frequency and the watering time are designed separately, the frequency selected by the left dial code, and the watering time selected by the right dial code.
There are 11 frequencies: 1-hour minimum and 1-week maximum.
There are 10 watering times: 1-minute minimum and 120 minutes maximum.
The watering frequency must be greater than the watering time.
